Your order will be processed accordingly, and you will receive an invoice with your shipment. Individuals- You may order products by downloading the ABO Order Form and mailing it to us at the address above. Please enclose a check with your order form. SHIPPING INFO Email Option: Orders can now be emailed to you for no charge as a PDF file! Just choose the 'email' option during checkout. If you wish to obtain your order through US mail instead, orders are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground or First Class Mail (2-3 days). If necessary, rush orders can be made via Next Day Air for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be addded to your invoice. Fed-Ex Ground = $6.00; First Class Mail (Ground) = $6.00; Next Day Air = $20.00. NOTE: We currently do not ship or sell our products outside the US. TEXAS RESIDENTS If you are located within the state of Texas, your order will be subject to Sales Tax of 8.25%.
